ARTIST AUTHENTICATION STATEMENT
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason.
Return costs are at your own expense. Returned items must be clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the returned artwork does not meet these conditions, the refund may be denied. The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned artworks.
To initiate a return, please contact inquiry@valeriegyzel.com and clearly indicate which artwork you would like to return. Include your full name, address, and contact details. Providing a reason for your return is not required, but always appreciated.
Returned works must be clean, undamaged, unaltered, and packaged in the original condition and wrapping as received. If this is not the case, Valerie Gyzel reserves the right to return the artwork to you, and no refund will be issued.
If the artwork is lost during return shipment and no valid track & trace code can be provided, the refund cannot be processed. This is a protective measure against potential fraud. The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or custom artworks.
All artworks available through valeriegyzel.com are original creations by Valerie Gyzel and are accompanied by an Artist Authentication Statement. This statement formally verifies the authenticity and provenance of the work and includes key details such as title, year, medium, dimensions, and edition information where applicable. Collectors should retain this document for insurance, resale, or appraisal purposes. Replacement statements may be issued at the artist’s discretion following verification.

All artworks are unique pieces or part of a limited series. Images shown are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly in color or appearance due to screen settings or lighting.
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed or shipped.
Valerie Gyzel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
