Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the artwork you ordered, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are at your own expense.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom artworks made to order. This because it has been fully personalized in consultation with you and was made especially for you.
Please fill in the form below and clearly describe which artwork you would like to return. Please include your order number, name, address and contact details. You are not obliged to indicate a reason for return, but this is much appreciated to improve further service.
The artwork must be returned clean, undamaged, unchanged in any way and packed in the exact same way as it was when received. If this is not the case, Zilva may return the painting to you and you will not be entitled to a refund.
If the artwork is lost along the way and you do not have a valid track & trace code, you are not entitled to a refund. This is to prevent fraud.
